This is how our newest Personal Trainer Aaron trains! 🤩💪
"I am a fitness enthusiast who is also a professional dancer that prioritizes my physical well-being by dedicating a significant amount of time to intense training at the gym.
My typical week is characterized by three gym sessions, where I push myself to the limit with a combination of cardio exercises and strength training. The high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that I combine with dance get my heart rate soaring, while free weights and machines help me build functional strength and muscle mass.
To complement my gym routine i challenge my endurance and mental toughness by pushing myself to enter dance competitions aboard. It is a great way to put what I do in the gym to good use while inspiring young people to start getting themselves in the gym and picking up dance.
The rush of adrenaline I experience after each workout is like a high-five to my inner athlete, motivating me to continue striving for more and pushing others when I get in the gym for work."
